Lisa is wonderful! Upbeat, super savvy and smart, very knowledgeable about Park County, Teller County, and the Springs, and incredibly helpful. She helped us navigate HOA regulations, as we went through houses, she knew just what to look for and what the implications would be. Wood on the walls? You won’t have to paint! Wood deck? That will take maintenance. She’s in this line of work to genuinely help people and demystify the experience. Highly, highly recommend!
